Here's a new Rig I made for C4D. It has full IK & facial controls. (See attatchment for pics).
You'll need CD IK Tools & CD Morph.
There are 2 versions included in the zip file; one needs CD Constraints as well, the other uses Xpresso instead. There's no big difference.
For the shaders to work fully, you need Simbiont 4D installed for the eye shader (it's on your goodies CD) & G-Toon by Ian Gorse ; get it here : http://www.spot4d.co.uk/
I made the rig in R9 but it'll probably work in R8.2 + with the above mentioned plugins.
Here is the file http://www.mcdougall.e7even.com/sally_rig.zip

Edit : Christ, can anyone work out the address of my webspace from the attatched screenshot ? It took me about an hour to upload & now I can't get the location to post the download; it's named sally_rig.zip & is in the default top level folder of the webspace.

can you make one without cd morph? I would really love to check it out, but I don't have cd morph.

You should still be able to check it out, only the stuff using CD morph won't work for you. This is, if we get the right download address.

Ok, I'll get a link up as soon as possible.
@Backlashcs - I'm not going to make another version but what I can do in a bit is post just an FK version & all the morphs as seperate meshes so you can rig it up how you like yourself.

Ok, was able to upload the rigs minus the denim texture (which was over 2mb !) here :
