I know, I am not in the wrong forum. I have a question that can only be answered by the Painterly folk.

Can CS2 Photoshop free rotate like Painter can.

I always considered this painter's strongest feature, but I can find no reference to it.

Nope, it can't. I suppose you could Free Transform it, and then rotate it back to normal, but it's not exactly the same.
