I have a little question, about texturing a sphere, I want to start over my
planet (Earth) but Every time I applied the texture, the top and bottum of the
sphere, the texture is stretch out, How can i fix this?
Please help me out.

What I mean is I want No Pinch on the top and bottum of the sphere.

This happens because of spherical mapping - it's how spherical mapping works, since it has to pull the texture in towards the poles to complete it.
The best way to counteract this is to do additional texture layers planar-projected onto the poles, fading with alpha channels to reveal the underlying spherical projection.

But Must i do this in Max or in Photoshop?
Can you try explain it better? I'm new to 3D. Are maybe a tutorial.

I don't know of any tutorials, sorry!
But basically it involves both Photoshop and your 3D app. You need to make seperate textures for the two poles, and those images must have alpha channels so that they fade off at the edges.
You then project these images onto the poles of the sphere in a planar fashion along the Y-axis, while also having the main image wrapped conventionally around the Y-axis of the sphere.
You'll need a multi-layered texture to do this because there are three images involved.

Well tried something different in Photoshop Polar coordinate filter.
Here is a moon map. The first image is original (not corrected) and the second one is correted.
Let me now what you think?

The problem now is it looks to blurry where i have painted it out.
