I've just started using GIMP and to date cannot find a decent forum for it. Can we add an area on CGTalk for GIMP for all us new guys to help each other?

I'd also apreciate a gimp forum here at cgtalk. i found there are quiet a few members here who use gimp. people could also help to improve gimp and post their plugins and stuff.

Do either of you know where I could find a pre-compiled gimptool? I want to install some plug-ins so that I can get to know gimp a little better. I haven't compiled my own yet.

I guess I could always uninstall and try my hand at compiling.
