I'd like to know if the hi-end USAnimation packages (like Opus, Solo or Harmony) can really allow the user to create from beggining to end an animation WITHOUT using scanned images, but drawing inside the program all the frames. I know ToonBoom studio can do that. I want my whole animation to be computer made (not made by hand, scanned then improved- inking, painting, compositing- in a computer software). In this case should I buy USAnimation or other packages?
