Hi!

I have this blue line on the edge of my images, It's relly disturbing in full screen mode and I'd like to get rid of it. It always has the marking 01 and this weird symbol on the upper left hand corner of the canvas. Any idea how to get rid of it?

I'm guessing that this is a Guide. With the move tool selected you can drag it off the screen (not in full screen mode) to hide the little box press CMD (or CTRL) + h to hide it.

Oops, forgot to mention that under the View Menu there is also an option to Clear Guides.

sounds like a slice...try turning them off under the view menu

I think you are right, slice would give a number like that... good call.

the lines should also disappear if you select "view" from the menu and uncheck the "extras" option.
