This thread will be dedicated to any useful scripting and Coding resources.

Plugincafe - http://www.plugincafe.com

To start off with the fundamental one that everyone should use as often as possible is www.plugincafe.com (http://www.plugincafe.com) . This is Maxon's own SDK support forum and resource area! Though CGTalk is a great place to hang out, and often very useful for getting community support, nothing can match the dedicated free support from Maxon itself, if there are ever any questions that the CGTalk community can't answer, then Plugin-Cafe is where to go.

PluginCafe is also the place to go for the COFFEE & C++ SDK Documentation, files, and plugin ID's.

For casual Cinema 4D developers the support is free even if you don't own C4D. Just download the C4D demo and the SDK comes with it, and the support team will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding it (though do note they're not there to teach you how to code).

Bonkers XPRESSO - http://www.bonkers.de

Our very own Srek's website, full of great examples of XPRESSO and dynamics. A must for anyone learning Thinking Particles or XPRESSO. See an XPRESSO master at work!

PerAnders Tutorials - http://www.peranders.com/tutorials/

My personal set of tutorials, including a the beginners COFFEE SDK primer to help you learn how to use the COFFEE SDK and it's Documentation and the COFFEE Node primer (as well as a number of XPRESSO tutorials).

Devmaster - http://www.devmaster.net/

A great resource for graphics coders everywhere

Flipcode - http://www.flipcode.com/articles/articles_summary.shtml

Now sadly closed, the archives remain open though as another great graphics and algorithms resource.

The (I hope) long awaited book teaching C.O.F.F.E.E. is finally finished http://www.3dattack.net/forum/images/smilies/imported/smile.gif
At last, something written in layman terms (as much as possible, of course), teaching you how to use the scripting language of Cinema4D.

You can get it here:

A very special thank you to Tavy and Tank, from 3dattack.net, for their support and help, in this endeavour.

p.s. Any comments are always welcome, of course http://www.3dattack.net/forum/images/smilies/imported/smile.gif
