Ive recently brought a TV Tuner card, I have a games consol plugged into it via SVideo, but the quality is quite poor. I have a feeling this is due to the fact that the drivers wouldnt install properly so thats my first question, are there any programs that can kinda force windows to recognize the files as I point it right to them and it says it cant find them, or even a manual install guide? Also I was wondering if you knew what the best program was, it came with TV Plus but Im not sure how great it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My experience with TV cards is that either it works with the drivers or not. If it works at all, the image quality is the same regardless the software. For testing purposes i would use DScaler and see what it is able to produce.
