Man, this seriously needs lots of work, depending on what quality you're shooting for. Right now, it's definitly below mediocre and if you want to go for above mediocre, I suggest not taking it into Z-Brush as a cylinder with wings. And why does it even have wings if it's a sea creature? Doesnt seem like it'd function properly under water, no dorsil fin, or any other fin besides the "wings." You really gota re-think your concept before you just start going at it in 3D man. If you're serious about your short film, you should do a bit more pre-production work (CONCEPT DESIGN) before you jump in the deep end, unless you have a really good sense of design and funcationality AND know your way around modeling really, REALLY well.
Hope this helps man, but you seriously got a buttload of fixing to do.

Thank you mooingCow. It was a ZBrush test and I liked the result, but now that I see it again, there are lot of things to be improved. I think that I'll do a sketch and then I'll begin to model.
