Okay, let's say I have a model of a frog, which I have displaced in Zbrush. Can I export the low poly model with the displacement map to body paint, and paint the color and specular maps in Bodypaint, or would I have to use the high poly model?

I know Zbrush has Color, but I like Bodypaint much better, since you can paint in ten different channels.

Bodypaint dosnt support displacements as far as I know. High res displacements are a rendertime feature. I dont know of anything that will do a zbrush model realtime except zbrush itself.

You would have to use a higher res version. If you manually layed out your UV's then your good. Just export a level 2 or 3 division mesh and paint on that mesh. Your textures will line up fine when you go to render it. If you didnt lay out your UV's you might have problems. But it may still be fine.

BTW, what renderer are you using.

Okay, thanks for the info, I'm using XSI's Mental Ray.

Hey PumpkinKing -

Check out Kris Kosta's tutorial for texturing in ZBrush. Some good stuff there. :)
