CGTalk - ik goals

opened a character rig from xl7 in R8 and now my ik goals arent working?.. I can get the 'setup ik chain' goals with mocha to work but how about doing it myself... the goal field is always greyed out and there are no english manuals...

thanks anybody..:annoyed:

Figured this one out, you drag and drop the goal object into the goal box.
