View Full Version : Area light border
CONDE3D 11-15-2002, 06:25 PM Hi, I have a little prob here. Working on Maya 3.0 (irix version), when I render my object at 3000x2400 pixels (resolution to be printed), it shows me a "border" of the area light in my object.
May be theres a tip to avoid this problem...

Render at 16 bit should fix this. IFF16, SGI16, etc... in the render globals. Another method is to not pick a pure white for your light, so instead of 1, 1, 1, try making the light slighty blue or some other color might fix it.

Deke, I tried both suggestions and didnt work!
There isnt any shadow and raytrace option is OFF.
