Hello All, While I look for some space to put up my landscape images up, I thought I would tell you all whats it about. I call it "Lifes end" Its a baron wastland where a cargo container marked "Hydroponics" has crashed landed and life "plants" have started to grow out from it. -RedFox :)

I actually like this concept alot. It's a single image that tells a story, the big planets in the background are a nice touch as well. I think however you really need to work on the lighting and materials quite a bit more. Overall the picture lacks contrast it's also prettey monotone. It would be nice if those mountains in the background casted some dark shadows on the ground. Things like this could certainly give this more depth.

ah i see that you improved your piece...very interesting. it's looking a lot better. now it looks like the crash took a toll on the cargo container. the bump map helped a lot. number one rule in the 3d industry.....no robots!.....unless you've proven yourself to be a jedi in the 3d world. lates.

Love the concept too, thought landscape would be boring, but this is nice. Great idea.

If you want feedback: the space pod could do with more detail. The box-corners look rather unnatural. Maybe you could model some of the damage, with plants growing out of them And indeed, the background is a bit flat.

(if you didn't want any, ah well ... ;) )
