Hello

I am trying to paint a leather texture for a 3D model and I would like to know if there are any brushes made specifically for leather? I am using my custom brush for leather to paint a UV map...

Thanks a bunch

I dont know if there are any leather brushes but what you can do is take some leather image and define them as a brush..so you can brush with the defined leather image..

Okay this painting of leather is relativly easy once you have the proper brush for your photoshop
Head on over to 3D Total and read their tutorial on creating just such a photoshop brush.

okay, here is my first pass at a leather texture...this is the bump map...i am still trying to get it to look disoriented and everything. I already know there is tying there. I am looking for different methods to painting the texture and adjusting the brush.

Feel free to critique
