As Blender continues to mature and gains popularity, progressivly better works are produced with it. The Suzanne Awards isolate great animations created and rendered in the 100% free (for commercial *or* personal use) BLENDER.

yeah, cool. :thumbsup: I've been looking for Plumiferos & The Goat. Those are the only ones I haven't already seen. It's really inspiring how Blender introduces new artists to 3-D by making the artform available to everyone. It's kind of disappointing that so many of the entries are just trailers or clips, and not complete films. I'd like to see more stories.

btw, I made "Esign," the one that won for best artwork, and this is the first award I've ever won. My first 3-D animation, too.

You did that? Incredible!

I thought Esign was great. It was a very interesting use of the particle system and has given me ideas I don't think I could have come up with on my own! Kudos!

I only wish that some of the other animations had torrent links, as I'm having trouble downloading them. I can't wait to see them all!
