Some comments:
Her eyes are a bit weird: probably because of an iris, it's too big.
Then make cheeks more smoother, it has no strange bumps near the nose.
Also work a bit more on a nose. It's too big in my mind. And i also think that her lower jaw is too narrow, therefore the whole facial shape is not exactly human-like.
And check its proportions.
But in overall it's not bad at all :thumbsup: Just work more on it and it will great. :)

When I started her, wasn't in my mind a photorealistic girl, but something like cartoon face, tried to do some different work or.. hmm.. :p

for a cartoon look, try less of a chin and a nose (way smaller).bring down the shine on her eyes too, she looks like shes going to cry

but if it has less chin and nose will not look like "mangá" style? a friendo told me this character in that way it would not be seeming a doll, but a character with personality,

"cartoon" implies exageration. For beautiful women in cartoons the exageration is usually small nose, large eyes, large lips etc... If you are not going for a beautiful woman cartoon look then you need to find some facial feature which can be over emphisized to implie a personality trait.

Small beady eyes with a frown for some one who is a mean person

Large nose and upper lip for some one who is nosy.

Weak chin for someone who has no strength of will.

etc..
