This should be easy. Add a volume light effect to your light source and adjust its attenuaton settings.

I got that effect little bit but not the all effect, the rays that are coming out from the strret lamps. now i am trying another effect i do not know how to, if we place a light inside the box or any object, how would we make light come out from that which is covered from all sides, the picture below has that effect does anyone knows how to make come light of the object

USe a translucent shader for the part of the lamp where the light should come through.
