This image is probably the result of my mood caused by the weather outside. I can't imagine that a month ago I was bathing in the sun, worring about getting sunburnt and now it's raining and it's cold.

What do you think happens to fairies at this time of the year? Do they fall asleep before the winter? Maybe... But what if one of them was deceived by the beautifull late summer weather and was suprised by the sudden breakdown of it.
Well this is what happened to this fairy. Now she's sitting on her swing like she used to do all all the summer, unhappy... She doesn't even notice the water flowing down her wings and her long, long hair...

i like this image alot! ... considering the cold mood...its gives warmth from inside of her .. nice composition!

Only crit would be the feet they look a lil too flat near the top, where tha large toe joint comes down.

None the less, very nice :D

The mood in this piece is so moving. I love the 'dragonfly' style wings, very well done. One question, how did you do the rain? I like it alot. :thumbsup::buttrock:

Still to cold for me (cuz I caught a cold :( ) but the pic definetly have some serious atmosphere... very nice :thumbsup:

And thank you guys for comments! I know It's cold ;) To tell you the truth I kind of like this image less then others because it's so sad. I mean I did like it all the time it allowed me to express myself but now I feels just sad looking at it, if you know what I mean ;)

booo what an image. I really like theme like this, depresion and the raining is going to be good on this image.

Good imagination.

I'm makeing something goth too but still unfinished. hahahah

I really like this image, despite the fact that it is a little sad and gloomy. The composition is simple, but that works well with the concept... too many angles would take away from the feeling of dreariness. The rain and the fairy wings are especially well done, and probably my favourite parts of the image. I would like to see improved crispness in the overall image, as I find some parts of sharp and defined, while others are too soft and faded. I also might drive up the contrast on the main figure, taking advantage of some harsh shadows cast by the moon. The feet have good examples of the define shadows I am talking about... would like to see that more consistently on the body. Fantastic work overall. Great stuff!
