Hi,
You may already have a Hyper-Threading processor! Someone on VR-Zone is claiming to have activated Hyper-Threading on a P4 2.4Ghz Northwood chip! The site did not report any performance figures, nor did it comment on the authenticity of the claim, just a short article and a few SISoft Sandra pictures:
-From VR-Zone:
-Short Article (http://www.vr-zone.com/#2742)
-Screen Shots (http://www.vr-zone.com/Home/news170/HT.htm)
Our own Greg Hess is reporting similar news on his TechBits: http://www.3dluvr.com/content/techbits.php
-See also: Related thread from the HW forum (http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=28449)
