Ok, here's the story.
The first "Full body" replacment. The only thing left of this poor guy is his brain. and he wakes up to find himself in this artificial body.
The scene is when he decides that he must leave the room, and being that he is drugged up and sucidal he is going out the window of the super sky scraper he woke up in.
The machines next to the bed are dragg around by him and in some areas it is difficult to tell where his new body and the monitoring machines start.
I guess you could see it as man's effort to define himself in the modern world where computers and other "conveniences" surround and integrate us. Afterall, how do you define yourself when everything you own was made in the millions and distributed to hundreds of thousands.

This is a visual aid for those tha are going to be showing a fight.
The positions in green hold much more drama than the one in red. I'm sure that when you look at the diagram the green ones seem more forceful.
Just think, more force = more drama.

Popeye might actually hit harder normally, but if he move his arm around alot more before he hits it is more dramatic and you expect it.

Hey James, just dropping by to say hello and wish you all the best for the challenge. Really want you to finish this time 'cos u have a nice concept happening for this challenge. I'm a bit concerned about running out of time for my own entry since this is my first time participating and I started so late...

Ok I've switched it up a bit. Similar story to the other, but I was thinking this might be a little more exciting.

The guy has jumped out of the window, crushing a car under his massive weight. The body is now a military model(thus the building was a black ops building). having had drugs keeping him controllable, which have now worn off, he in now making his escape as a walking weapon, with his emotions out of control.
The police showing in their futureistic flying cars, swoop down to make an assalt on the one man army.
The city will look very similar to blade runner or fifth element.
An it will be raining.. possibly with a lighting bolt in the sky.
He will be mostly a sillowette against the bright lights of the city. looming over the observer who must've been very lucky to have just gotten out of the now crushed car.

Here are a pair of hands, I'm thinking that I'll build the pieces of him and then put him together. It'll be easier to invision and tackle each piece instead of going for the whole model in one go.

I was thinking of giving him one hand and making the other a gun, but I hink it might be alienating to the viewer. ( as if the rest isn't.

Put in some time on the main character. I also decided to put the pieces where they need to go.

I gave him the dog like legs for the aleinification of the model, but it also is reflective of the mythic Pan, the god of frolic.. sort of a subconciuos plea for freedom.

Not sure about the shoulders.
I want them to appear a mix of rugged and Mobil. They are pretty rugged now, but they also have too much of a football look.
I know, how can you have shoulder pads without appearing to be a member of the futuristic NFL?

Try adding some more detail in the bump maps, like lines and seems into metal.
Overal coming along nicely.
