how i can use the professional mode display without using ui and preferences?

What is prof. mode display? hiding all UI Elements to see only viewport, eg perspective view?

Well if so, there´s a toggle-script on www.highend3d.com --> Updates
called "GOAToggleFullScreen v1.2"
