What is the starting pay for new incoming 3d artists? You know, the new guys that just got the job. I know it might depend upon skills, but what if your just as good as everyone else that works there? What pisses me off is that some 3d artists I know do not have the job yet and are already complaining about being poor if they got a job doing 3d. Maybe if they loved what they did, they wouldnt mind starting at the bottom and working the way up, since thats what you have to do most of the time. My question is more I think than a question, but a topic of 3d artists being drawn away from certain payment amounts in the realworld. Is there a truth, or just some B.S someone tells us to keep certain people quiet?
