Nr 1 and 10 would be my choices. 10 looks 'safe' and you can very well see what it's supposed to stand for, however, I find nr 1 more hip, bolder and more appealing to the streetwear crowd.
Hope this helps you :)

I like where you're going, but working for a sign company, I just coudln't help making a suggestion. I do like the K on the last 6 but if you go that route, I feel like the N needs to be stronger. I speak a bit of Japanese and the number 6 looks too much like the symbol for Ka, and can also mean power in the form of a chinese character. But none of that really comes back to karma so I thought that maybe just a more stylized letter N would be appropriate and would also be good to keep in the confines of the box. I used the Font "Neuralnomicon" which I found on www1001freefonts.com as a sample.
Aside from my suggestions, I liked your #2 the best.

#3 and 4 are my least favorite.
#10 reads well and has an exotic look to it. The stems of the K remind me of lotus petals, but it's got a strong block look to it.
If it's being marketed to Asian young adults, though, you might want to research current pop culture. Are tuner cars and techno music still "in"? If so, electric colors and long, italic lettering might be the way to go -- try a few designs using the full NEOKARMA name for the sake of variety.
