The concept:
A spectacular display of courage as an ordinary family guy fights off attacking soldiers to defend his wife and new born child. In the background his mertropolitan home city is in flames as war rages on... or something like that:bounce:

Character concept

I'm having fun with this so I started doing some detailed concept art... :)

This is a quick concept of the invading officers (the ones that gonna be battered...)

Okay. Time to get working on this. Here's a quick sketch. Getting the foreground correct in the compisition and working on character anatomy and expression (much to do there still before coloring begins).

I created a quick 3d model for the background so I don't have to spend time getting the perspective correct.

Gonna keept working on the line art tonight and hopefully start coloring this weekend. I still got more than three weeks to finish this (might be a bit much time, will probably end up overworking it)
