Hi,

I am using Photoshop6, does anyone have a recipe or can tell me the best way to create the effect in the link below please??

Looks like there are 2 text layers, the one underneath has a strong Gaussian Blur and the one above has an Inner Glow (as well as a Gradient Overlay (vertical)). Hope this helps!
