CGTalk - Looking for a rig

I think you're all familiar with one of the rigs which is used in the animation mentor animation class...the sphere guy with no arms, no head, just a sphere on 2 legs

well I know someone created a free version of a rig and model similar to that, anyone know where I can download it?
