How to make infared look like in Presator movie

It's hard to say what plugin is used by anyone if you don't provide an information about the used program. And it hasn't to be a plugin at all.
Looks like a combination of various filters to , like invert, blur and a kind of coloration. Since you don't provid anything about in which app you try to achieve this, it's useless to go deeper into detail and btw I think this is enough to have a start.

Thanks... I will try the filter in after effect. At first I use Thermograph plug-ins from Digi Delirium, it come out with too much color.

Honestly, even in AfterFX there is creativity beyond the use of plugIns!!!

What it so special about this image that you need a plugIn for? Just play with the color channels, invert some of them, rewire them, put glows on just certain channels/ranges. Key through some inverted/color corrected/posterised image. I can think of 1.000 ways to create an image that might not look exactly like your example but does tell the "story" you want.
And even if your delirium came out with too much color, why not color correct it?
