just say hallo, i'm the new one.

i've used maya years ago for short animations. now i'm working with c4d and lw 7.

but, i'm not happy with both of the prgms. do you think it'll be a good choose to go on with maya complete 4.5 and drop the others ?

well... knowing more than a single 3d program.. or at least having working knowledge... it never a bad thing..

play with all three.. or.. get good at rendering with Lightwave.. or model in maya... or animation in C4D.. or switch it all around.. but... it isn't a bad idea to go with one, or to go with three...

it is all up to you, do what feels best ;)

hi,

it's first a money question. if you want to be uptodate with all prgm, it'll cost your head off.
but you are right in having all prgm ;-))

drop cinema and keep lightwave and move to Maya. Sorry, I just hate cinema, but cinema does have a good renderer.
