Hi:

Not sure if its ok to post here tests but just wanted to share some keyframe (p2p) animations that I'm beginning to do using MotionBuilder (rendering in Cinema)

I'm trying to get the hang of the saving poses workflow and still having some issues, but I think in general is viewable... :)

A jump:

A cartoony walk cycle - strut:

Trying to recreate some excercises from "The Animator's Survival Kit"

Using Motionbuilder 7 and Cinema 9.1

P.D. If you have any workflow tip you want to share on using the save poses workflow I would like to know :)

for your jump looks like instead of following through you pushing him to place what you could do is draw a curve to show the flow of how you want him to jump an where to land then block out the timing, the first part of your jump is good could use a bit more anticipation , seems like he starts off way too fast for anyone to understand why he jumping, an the mid to last part is way too fast, try spreading your keys out then speed up what needs speeding up. also you should jump over a box an study how you move. hope this helps
