Hi, i have red a lot here about interior lighting and i want to learn. I know the way is not easy.
I'll post here (i hope it's the right place) my kind of wip with my tests. Hope this 3d can help to the newbies in lighting like me. If anyone expert wants to critics and help or give some tips it will be very appreciated.
So, here is the scene with the first lights.

and here is the scene file (very simple scene for who is lazy to make it's own)
http://martintnt.altervista.org/3d/scene1.mb
I have one spot light with raytraced shadows:
Intensity: 2500
Photons: 10000 (why we use Photons?)
Problems:
- I don't look for this effect
- want to see the light out of the window (have no idea liek to do this for now)
Edit:
I added the white out of the window making a half sphere around my scene and adding to it a surface shader that needs no light to be lighten.
See ya later...
