Nice render. Are you using Brazil or something like that?

The models are nice but the scene lacks contrast (open the picture in Photoshop and run the "autoLevels" and you'll see your scene with good contrast).
Fo photorrealism the textures have very little detail. There are no scratches in the surface of the robot, or lamp, no stains in the desktop, etc. "Too clean" is a tell tale sign of non photorrealistic renders.

You made a good work beveling almost all models, but you neglected to bevel the table.

The robot is very cute. Good start. Congrats

Awsome, you got that from Radio Shack didn't you. I used to have one of thoose (actually i bought my brother one for Christmas). That was the coolest thing I had ever seen at the time (I was pretty young).
