Hi I'm trying to achieve something in After Effects, can anybody tell me if it's possible? I have a map layer, and several text layers which represents cities on the map. I'd like to ba able to zoom in on my map (by scaling the layer), and for my city names to remain on the right spots in relation to my map layer. However, I want my city names to stay the same size, I don't want them to scale at the same time my map layer does, as will happen if I simply parent them to the map layer. Anybody has an idea how that could be achieved?
Thanks in advance!
Edit: I found a way to do it using expressions, adding an expression to the city name scaling inverting the scaling of the parent layer, but that implies that the anchor point of each city name has to be in its exact center. If anybody has a simpler solution, I'd still like to know!
Thanks in advance!
