Gentle Fury 11-11-2002, 05:05 PM does anyone know how to reset a UV set of an object to be like it was just created?
Im having trouble going from sub-d to poly, im getting a really wierd UV set.

one: if you are using multiple uv sets...you should stop cause it is very buggy.
two: if you want it to reset just delete your projection and re-project.
you might want to try redoing the projection when it is converted to poly as well. this is because there are more tools and more control available when texturing a strait up polygon.
three: try downloading the connect poly shape script. it simulates sub d without having all of the bugs that accompany it....then you can texture a poly cage while having it transfer over to your smooth poly proxy (smooth) mesh underneith.
