This is my first character attempt, and i would like some C & C on it. It's for a mod some class mates and i are working on, and it's also for my animation one class. It's not textured yet either, still a WIP.

For future reference, it's best to pose your characters so that their back has some curve. (Check Andrew Loomis' [ www.saveloomis.org ] drawings for what I mean; the figure drawing book) It just looks better and much more realistic.
On the right view, the butt seems like it could use another edge to pull out the top of it.
In the front view, I don't really like how the legs are posed, and they look stylized, but the rest of the model is very realistic. Again, check Andrew Loomis' drawings.
The head looks squished on the Z-axis.
Other than that, it looks great. Excellent job on the armor... All of the above critiques are very minor.

Here is a small texture update, this is my first pass on the texture work.
Texture maps are 3000 x 3000 atm, in the end they will be 1024 x 1024.

I love modelling. Please show us the wire.
And texture. Is very high, better for U paint in main resolution, or later U should use the sharpen filter. About the texture ... U need take more attantion to details when u paint. Scratches, rest of paint, some stickers, smoked holes after shooting everything that makes texture interesting. And the main thing that bodder me is a bluring of this. Use more sharpen.

what i'm doing is the first pass, at that rez then when i get it all done i'll be going to 1024 x 1024.
