Hi,

I have a problem with fluid shaders, if I have a fluid container and emitter, can I use a normal shader (like any lambert or blinn material) on it? if so then how? the problem is that I'm trying to tweak the fluid attributes to get some look in my mind but it's NOT coming out the way I want, and I found some good shaders on the net to be used, all of them lambert, phong, etc materials but I can't apply them to my fluid..please help !!

In general you are better off trying to get the result with the fluid shader settings.
However you can do convert->fluid to poly (has construction history) and assign
the desired shader to the resulting mesh.
