View Full Version : Repeating sound for lip-sync
shoey 11-11-2002, 10:06 AM hi, don't know if this is in the right forum, but i have made a lip-sync animation in max and added the sound file for the sync but the file keeps repeating. i'm new to sound in max and was wondering if anyone new how to stop it from looping.
Cheers for any help, and sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

forgot to add, the sound works ok and only plays once when in max, it just starts to loop when it is rendered out to an avi.

You can't directly, though I believe there's a fee plugin at www.boomerlabs.com which fixes this behaviour (as well as the best commercial sound plugin available for Max). You're better off adding the sound in another app such as Premiere though. You get much more control than you'll ever get in Max.
