Well I’m facing 2 problems:

I must have the dynamics working directly via bones because that’s how the game the source engine (half Life 2) understands deformations only by enveloped mesh on bones and not by clusters / soft or rigid bodies.
animated dynamics is a bit hard to master when u got a few frames on a loop cycle scenes for games. (maybe a reverse motion could do the trick?)

My current solution is that i should be manually animating the bone’s items…!! It will be an ant job sense I got more than 6 gear items on the character. I hope there is an alternative. >_<

Thank you anyways!!

I'm not sure I understand your question, but there is a maya rag doll tutorial out there (http://www.goldenxp.com/tutorials/ragdoll/).

i already did that be4 i just thought if there is a more direct way to influnce bones to dynamics. i'm not sure but i think Xsi does have that option i thought maybe maya can do that too.

but in anycase heres wot i'v made. its pritty close, the bone chain got some problems in the start and the last bone! but it working fine!

I apologize for the bad grammer my exuse is that i have 4 languages in my head so it gets crowded sometimes when I think ^_^

To pot it simply using rigid body on cubes linked in a chain to simulate a rope then parent constraining the cubes to the bones is the answer as I see in the tutorial.

I’ll stick to that tutorial I guess

Thax anyways
