It's a photoshop filter called Colour Replace (http://www.richardrosenman.com/photoshop.htm)
I know a lot of people must want this > enjoy :thumbsup:
How it works>
1) First you have to choose the colour you wish to replace, Do this by either clicking in the prev screen or clicking on the first colour swatch and choose the colour you want to change. (Use the "Selection" slider to change the tolerance.)
2) Then change the second colour swatch to whatever colour you want!
3) Then press the Ok'ey dokey key :D
