This is my first attempt at Painter. It is miss defination on the cheeks and lips amoung various other places. Any help would be great! thanks!

This is on to a great start. I really like the mood and colors you have going on. A couple things you could try is creating more contrast before you lay in more colors, and also bring the cigarrette in more so that it's not so close to the edge.
