Well, I didn't have any troubles playing it but playing it and using Photoshop caused some problems. What are your sytem specs? Did you download that TechSmith EnSharpen Decoder? (link (http://www.techsmith.com/download/ensharpendecoder.asp)) Or reinstall your quicktime?
