wats poppin yo?

How would you guys approach animating fluid or liquid in a small plastic bag? Do ya think soft body dynamics is a good idea?

use some kind of fluid stimulator software like realflow or glue3d

if you can't effort them, then i really can't help you on:shrug:

Maybe set a cylindrical uv map for the bag and do the water all with an animated texture? It really depends on the shot and how much it moves. It makes me think of those magic trick glasses where the liquid is only in the edges, but it looks like the glass is full.

ive decided to just animate the top of a mesh with procedural noise so its realli rough when it moves which kinda works out well. The water sloshing around isnt the main feature anyways which is good so i can hide behind transparencies n stuff. plus the bag doesnt get turned upside down n sideways etc.

tufif- I also animated the texture of the water with noise to make it look a lil dirtier with bits floating around.

Thanks fer ya help guys.
