Hey Dann
I do it all the time on Net myself ;)
(for QTVR objects not panos)
Grab LLG QTVR object from Chris Mills at Lizard Lounge:
http://lizardlounge.com/html/tutorials.html
heres the direct link:
http://lizardlounge.com/html/tutorials/c4d/QTVR/index.html
Render this file out like you would any image sequence--then compile it as a qt movie
Then you can use Apple's QTVR edit object app (its OS9, runs in classic) to convert it from a QT movie to a qtvr.
EDIT:
the link to the apple app is a bit wonky--so heres a link via versiontracker

By the way.
The Apple QTVR app (edit object) runs better under OS9 then it does in classic. If you are having problems on your G5, try running on an older machine if you have one. I am sure there are more modern apps out there, but I havent come across any myself.

Assuming you are on Mac, my prefered way of QTVR out of Cinema is to render out a Cubic picture series. 4 around and top, bottom.
The plus side as I see it, is that I then can render out 6 big, high quality pictures that are easy to do post on in PS. There is this cool plugin, PanoViewer by Pangea where you can preview the QTVR result within PS while working with it!
Found at:
http://www.pangeasoft.net/pano/plugin/panopreviewer.html
To render out of Cinema I use the CamRig found at:
http://homepage.mac.com/tcastudios/TCA%20CINEMA.html
Item015
And finaly "MakeCubic", found at the same link, to stitch it together.
There -is- a app like MakeCubic for Windows as well, but I don't have the link or Name of it at hand.
These are all free as well and work like a charm.
Cheers
Lennart

thanks guys, i did do a search and found both of these replies in the older threads and have forwarded that information to the person who requested - but i appreciate you reposting the answers here for me too. (plus i wasn't sure if things may have changed in 9.1 or so...)
i just don't know enough about QTVR to know "what" their need actually is - so i think maybe both suggestions can answer enough for them.
thanks again,
dann
