I've been trying to UV map my model, but I just can't seem to get it right. I've searched for tutorials and found some good ones, but I still can't get it. This is my very first model I made, and it was fun modeling it, but UV mapping just gets me stuck. I could use advice and tips on how to texture it :) . Here are some pics of my model:

If you use differents Material IDs on your model, you can show only the desirable faces at time in UVW unwrap. So, is more easy to set the position of faces over the map.
But you must to break the edge vertex before move them to move without drag the indesirable faces together.

Don't forget, in the Material Editor, to use the same material at all material IDs.
