great reel man
i like the unique style youve got going, good work.
lighting and texturing is great, and the models.
the only thing I can pick at is the egg with the particles on it.
its hard getting fluids looking believable. the texture of it looks cool but when it falls off the egg, looks too chucky. possibly leave that out if u dont want to get into particles.
what software did u use for that ?

it's an old work that i made with glu 3d i had procedural problem and it was only to give rhythm to my reel, in fact i prefer lightning and texturing.

hey that was a great reel. i especially loved how you get a feel of emotion on the pionists face, I agree with jamesbarnes egg theory, it doesnt quite look reel, but if u wish to get into the particles then i dissagree with his suggestion of taking it out, I'd do it again and again untill it looks rite. keep it up man

Your sense of colour and composition is so wonderful and filmic. I say this as a graduate of a film school and even though I am also searching for a job. Maybe we can work together! I will probably be somehwere just behind the scenes, either in rigging or maybe plugins development.

You can see my demo reel here too:

I haven't posted any beautiful renders as you did, I love your choice of colours and the quality of your modelling.

That is not only exceptional, it is exquisite and so powerful. I am very impressed, I must say at the state of CG at Supinfocom. Congratulations on such beautiful and powerful characterization, such immense and ambient lighting. I am very inspired, both with Awe and as well with actual inspiration at your beautiful renderings. fantastic!
