I am the new guy around here... and if have got a question, i read the faq and i want to show my website for critics... there are a few pictures... but the are not really important, therefore i only want to know if it is possible to post the website, The complete website is designed in 3d, and has very less pictures in it. Would this be a problem ?

And Hallo to all people, i am here to learn a lot with you.. and maybe i can help sometimes :wavey:

Nice 3D site. You use flash, thats cool.

Welcome, Rikkimaru. I would imagine the best thing to do is include a link to your site.
I briefly looked at your site and it's a bit hard to tell which images contain the buttons. But since you didn't ask for crits here, I'll just leave it at that. I believe you have a nice start, though.

Thanx I dont want to post it, because i dont know exactly if i get problems, because it is against the rules...

my side is http://www.davidholy.com and i dont want any critics for pics (There are only some and they are not really good), i want critics for design and appearance of the webside itself.

I am working at the moment on a new page, because i dont like the old anymore. Its to much grafix around and there are not very much artworks... that has to change, defintely :buttrock:

I like the modeling, the side but the best ist your theory, damn itīs TRUE.. if you can be the best, try it at least... my theory you cannot know if you are one of the best until you are trying it..:thumbsup:

Hi!

This is what I think.

I don't like the interface made with 3D objects. You don't know what to do or where to push. Also the number buttons have the default mask in flash, so it's very difficult to press them. You will notice that the cursor turns into a hand and the link is clickable only when it's exactly over it. You should fix that adding a square mask to the button in flash, so the clickable area turns larger.
I would also take care of the colors. Pure Black background and Pure White letters are not very good for the eyes :surprised And the typography used for the menu items and logos are also the default ones. Would look better with different ones. But take care not to put strange ones :)
Well, I prefer funcional websites. Can be simple or complicated, but the important thing is that you can access the information you are looking for in a fast and easy way.
