Wow that's looking great man! I like your concept a lot, could be very dramatic, definitly spectacular!
I think it would be cool if there was more traffic, also a lot more traffic beneath the main scene would be cool I think, you know like those scenes in Coruscant from Star Wars.
BTW are those crafts behind the characters supposed to be chasing cops or something? that would be really cool IMO

Neubius

cool concept and design. The line drawing is excellent.

Maybe it could be good to desaturate the background a little bit to accentuate the foreground scene more. Things seem to melt together currently. Just an impression.

Wow, there is sure a lot of excitement in your piece. I have to confess, I have an easier time reading your earlier color-in-progress version. The colors are flatter and the silhouettes are very clear. At this point, there's a lot of noise everywhere, and with the exception of the explosion, everything comes off as a pretty similar. But i don't know what you have planned as you progress: Some almospheric hazing could help place the more back-ground elements into the background...? Anyhow, good luck with it!

 Hi Alwyn

I really like the cop design - lots of depth and great lighting.

I prefer this from the larger composition - which has some great details, but needs that depth you've catured so well in the latest image. Maybe it's just that the later image is slightly simpler and easier to understand.

Great work and look forward to seeing how this develops.....always good to see other UK creatives taking part in the challenge

:) sorry...don't want to take up all your thread....

on second thoughts.....you could increase the scale of the woman and bring her more into the foreground, so it looks like she isn't touching the police car behind. Putting a little more space between would make all the difference and I really like the overall composition.

Hope I'm not waffling toooooo much (please ignore this reply if I am)

Hello Neubius!! a lot of effetcs in your compo! that's fine..but maybe try to blur or decontrast someone...too much thing jumps me to the eyes. Like the cops car on background, maybe decontrast it..and do the same thing to the building on background...it's just my personnal opinion, maybe that can help you..maybe not..anyway that's a good work Neubius..keep goin'on and good luck!

Thereīs a whole lot going on in this pic! Great action!
The composition works well, however the colorcheme makes it hard to read. You could try some atmospheric effects and lower the contrasts in the background. And why not the classic blue far background.
The rain is a nice touch but as it is now it makes the image even harder to read. You could try some lighter rain.
Looking forward to see how this develops.

Hi!
Your image looks intense! I think a problem would be that it is too busy maybe.. In my opinion you should really skip the rain! It just doesnt work for me and it doesnt look very good compared to other elements you've painted.. + If it is raining there should be dark clouds above and becouse of that your lighting wont be believable! Do some anti-raindance or somethin!

My tip to you would be, skip the rain and focus on polishing the elements that is already there!

Good luck!

Hi Neubius,

I like the result of your entry very much. An action packed concept wich definetely conveyes a spectacular feeling. I can sense the dynamic of the moment grabbing each others hands.

Just a single comment if you donīt mind. I would modify the lasers a bit because in my opinion they look to much like in old times (buck rogers, war of the worlds) If you make them thiner with a deep blue and bright lighning > they would look much more sharp and dangerous. (for example like martiniere does them) - Additionally they would not divide your image to much into several pieces. Just my two cents

Congrats to your image.
