why video games need low poly models and not normal models ? ?..

There are multiple factors. Your videocard, processor, memory etc.
Your computer can only render a certain amount of polygons effectively (realtime) depending on what specifications your pc has. I think that the amount of polygons we are able to render with the current pc's almost doubled in the last two years.

The more polygons there are in a model, the longer it takes to render. This is true of all 3D stuff, not just games.

Since games are interactive it's required that they render in 'real-time' (usually about 30-60 frames per second), so in order to get that frame rate, models, textures, lighting, and so on, need to be kept simple.

3D work for movies and tv aren't interactive, so they can take as long as they want (within reason), rendering out each frame and then they can play back all the frames once they're done. Since they aren't limited by how quickly they have to render each frame, they can have alot more polygons, higher resolution texture maps, advanced lighting, etc.
