I think that it is a good start. but there is something about her mouth that dose not fit right... I dont know if it is too stretched or that is how you want it. Another thing is that her hands are too shinny, and maybe a bit to skinny. Also you might want to look at where the arm texture meets the body texture, there are some issues there. The hair looks good, nice texture on that. Keep it up

yes I think you're right, I think there is problems with the mouth I was noticing it also but I was tired from working on it. I'm gonna fix it later today, I know the texture arm/body is off cause i've not had a chance to color correction in photoshop yet same thing with the hands.

Some things I'm going to change since I worked at it to make it all quad model I had a friend tell me it's important cause alot of game companies use a programming code to make games run faster if all the models are quad models.

Thanks for the imput!

Well its a good start, but the anatomy looks way bad. The arms silouette like triangles. Check out some anatomy books and try to get the dips and curves into the arms. The breasts come out to the side with no roundness even for small breasts. The whole thing is very boxy. I would work on drawing the figure before you model it. Its really the only way to get it right. Good luck.

I'm a programmer and I just felt compelled to let you know that all quads will eventually be converted to triangles before being rendered. Quads might conceivably make it easier to generate triangle strips, but such things are best left to the API/driver. Worry more about maintaining good edge loops and accurate geometry.
