Stormfront won the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences Achievement Award for Outstanding Achievement in Visual Engineering in 2003 for The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (PS2 & Xbox for EA, based on the Peter Jackson Film from New Line Cinema), and was nominated for four other major industry awards.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for exceedingly talented and motivated individuals to create jaw-dropping real-time 3D worlds for a new action adventure console title.


Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Expertise in building, lighting, and texturing highly detailed 3D game levels. Expertise in texture painting from scratch and from source material using PhotoShop.

Able to adapt your art to our unique style and vision.

Able to work collaboratively with the Art Director, Lead Artist, Game Designers and other team members to meet strict technical, creative and time restrictions.

Willing to commit to an aggressive standard of excellence, and to reflect that commitment in personal work ethic, persistence and drive.

We've built our production team over the last 17 years by finding the best animators, artists, audio engineers, designers, producers and programmers and providing them with unique and creative career challenges. If you're looking for experienced and supportive project management, a healthy team atmosphere, and an outstanding creative opportunity where high standards are respected and contributions are recognized, we would like to talk to you.

Please e-mail or mail your resume and samples of your artwork to us. Please include a detailed summary of what your particular contributions were and which software you used. Your samples should reflect your best work, with examples of geometry, texturing, lighting, etc. Sample texture maps and geometry files are desired as well as screenshots or renders. Art samples may be submitted in the following formats: CD, DVD, portfolio, ZIP files, personal website or Video.

Please only send copies of your art, not originals. If you'd like you artwork returned, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
