I'd make the teapot purple and scale it up 5%...also the ball could be a tad rounder. Just a tad though, and really that's just me being picky with such a wonderful model.

Looks like You forgot to convert the angular map (probe) image into a lattitude/longitude format for spherical mapping, too.
Other than that... nice teapot.

i was using final render about a year ago, so forgive me if my comment is outdated.
there was one slight little detail the boys from final render forgot to mention about their software when i was using it . . .
NAMELY, it is only good for single frame renders.
if you do an animation, and use final render, your frames will flicker because of the math or whatever that final render uses.
yes, i admit your still works nicely and looks good, but i do think that if a company sells a rendering package for an animation package (the definition of animation being a series of frames possibly . . . ) they should be up front and tell everybody that it can only be used for stills.
if they changed the product forgive me, but i was just a bit upset when i discovered this little flaw.

1 hour to render a teapot and a sphere with the fastest GI engine on the planet? :surprised

Thanx everybody for all your comments, and as ThirdEye_01 said one hour it's long but didn't use de Final Render Image but simply the brute force mode to render it
